Process
Our process includes the following:
Controls,
monitoring and measurement
All
activities in a project are planned in detail and
resources assigned to these activities.The
progress of these activities is measured in terms
of effort and percentage completed on a weekly basis.Project
Managers and senior management monitor the progress
throughout the project, which ensures effective control.
Project
reviews
Regular
project reviews are held at several levels between
the project team, team leaders, project managers,
senior management and the client. The
client is updated on the progress of the project at
agreed periodicity
Technical
reviews
The
Project Manager schedules, executes and documents
the outcome of all technical reviews. High
level documents such as architectural design and detail
design documents go through a technical review. The
customer participates in such reviews at his discretion.
Problem
/ change management
The
process has formal procedures to track developmental
and post release defects. All
defects reported are logged and tracked. Customer
reported defects are uniquely identified and the status
tracked. Findings
of defect analysis are ploughed back to our continuous
improvement program.
Configuration
management
The
configuration management procedure ensures that the
integrity of the software and all associated work
products are maintained at all times. Regular
configuration status audits are conducted to ensure
security and control of the various versions of the
configuration items.
